The Safety Fleece Jacket is a warm, lightweight polar fleece jacket in high-visibility fabric. It is a comfortable outer layer for cool days and a warm mid-layer under a waterproof shell in winter.
Polar fleece stays warm even when slightly damp, dries quickly and is easy to wash, which makes it a practical everyday layer for outdoor and warehouse work.

- Full zip: easy on and off and adjustable ventilation.
- Reflective tape: bands on the body and sleeves plus over the shoulders.
- Zipped pockets: secure hand pockets and chest pocket.

Safety Standards & Compliance
Depending on the destination market the garment can be built to ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 (Type R Class 2 or Class 3) or EN ISO 20471 (Class 1, 2 or 3). The class is decided by how much fluorescent background and reflective tape the finished garment carries in its smallest size, so the tape layout is designed around the class you need rather than added afterwards.
Compliance is tied to the exact fabric, tape and size range, so test reports are issued per style. Tell us the standard and class when you request a quote and we will confirm which reports are available for your order.
Customization & OEM Options
Fleece takes embroidery very well. We can build it as a zip-in liner for our waterproof jackets to create a 3-in-1 system.
- Branding: screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery or woven labels — placed so they do not cover the reflective tape.
- Private label: your own neck label, care label, size label, hangtag and polybag.
- Colour & tape: fluorescent yellow, orange or red, two-tone designs, and a choice of reflective tape grades.
- Packing: individual polybags, size-assorted cartons and carton marks to your warehouse requirements.
How Ordering Works
- Send your requirements — style, quantity, target standard and class, sizes, colours and logo artwork.
- Receive a quotation with the fabric, tape and trims spelled out, plus the production lead time.
- Approve a sample — check fit, colour, logo placement and labels before anything is cut in bulk.
- Bulk production & inspection — in-line checks on stitching, tape application and measurements, then a final inspection before packing.
- Shipping by sea, air or express, with export documents prepared for your customs clearance.
Safety Fleece Jacket FAQ
Is fleece windproof?
Standard polar fleece is not windproof; a bonded windproof fleece or a shell on top solves that.
Is it waterproof?
No — for rain, wear a Rain Safety Jacket or Waterproof Safety Jacket over it.
Fleece or softshell?
Fleece is warmer and more breathable; softshell is more wind- and water-resistant.
