Hi Vis Bib Pants combine high-visibility work trousers with a chest bib and adjustable braces. The bib keeps the trousers in place when bending and kneeling, protects the lower back from wind and rain, and adds fluorescent area to the outfit.
Insulated and waterproof versions make them a winter staple for road crews and outdoor workers, usually worn with a matching jacket for full-body visibility.

Safety Standards & Compliance
On their own, hi vis trousers are classed as ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 Class E — supplemental garments that raise the wearer to Class 3 when worn with a Class 2 or Class 3 top. Under EN ISO 20471 trousers with two reflective bands per leg typically reach Class 1, or Class 2 in larger sizes and bib designs, and combined with a Class 2 jacket the outfit can be rated Class 3.

Customization & OEM Options
Bib pants are usually matched to a jacket in the same fabric and colour. We can add knee-pad pockets, extra tool pockets and boot-length leg zips.
- Branding: screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery or woven labels — placed so they do not cover the reflective tape.
- Private label: your own neck label, care label, size label, hangtag and polybag.
- Colour & tape: fluorescent yellow, orange or red, two-tone designs, and a choice of reflective tape grades.
- Packing: individual polybags, size-assorted cartons and carton marks to your warehouse requirements.

Hi Vis Bib Pants FAQ
Why bib pants instead of trousers?
Bibs stay in place, keep the back covered when bending and add warmth, which is why they are popular in winter and wet work.
Do they raise my visibility class?
Yes. Combined with a Class 2 top, ANSI Class E bib pants raise the outfit to Class 3.
Can they be worn over other trousers?
Yes. Leg zips make it easy to pull them on over work trousers and boots.
